Suffolk’s Unforgettable Garden Story is a new Gardens Trust project, funded by Historic England.
The aim is to recruit Suffolk volunteers and train them to research and record historic landscapes in the county. Also the aim is to support local communities to 'champion their landscape heritage, ensuring its future protection'.
Towards the end of this September, The Gardens Trust is hosting an Online Welcome Event to introduce anyone with an interest to the new Suffolk-based project.
This will be an opportunity to meet, ask questions, and be part of an informal conversation about how to contribute as a volunteer. Also, there is the opportunity to register an interest in getting involved with the project.
