The 30th Anniversary spectacular of the RHS Wisley Flower Show takes place this September, featuring 50 nurseries, 20 traders and thousands of plants to buy.
There will also be expert talks, a Dahlia show, floral displays and much more.
Tickets are on sale today (5th July) for the Flower Show, which runs from Tuesday 6th until Sunday 11th September 2022, this year’s show is expected to be a sell out with visitors advised to book early to avoid disappointment.
There’s gardening inspiration galore with over 50 nurseries and specialist growers selling top-quality plants, trees and bulbs – including many RHS Chelsea 2022 gold medal winners – alongside 20 traders with a range of complementary garden, home and lifestyle products.
The Expert Zone at RHS Hilltop – The Home of Gardening Science plays host to fascinating talks three times a day during the show. Speakers include award-winning no-dig author Stephanie Hafferty, TV presenter Ade Sellars and Garden Ninja Lee Burkhill.
All talks are free to attend and no booking is required.
Elsewhere, the National Dahlia Society returns to RHS Wisley for the National Dahlia Show – a firm favourite featuring row upon row of picture-perfect blooms.The Surrey branch of the National Association of Flower Arranging Societies (NAFAS) is also back this year with another imaginative selection of floral displays.
Showgoers can enjoy delicious food and drink from all of RHS Wisley’s restaurants and cafés, or grab something to go from stands around the showground and enjoy live music from Chi Jazz in the Butterfly Lovers Pavilion every day from 11am – 3pm.
A shuttle bus service will be available throughout the show, departing from Woking Station every 30 minutes from 8.30am to 6pm, and from RHS Wisley back to the station every 30 minutes from 9am to 6.30pm. This service is free and does not need to be booked in advance, simply turn up and board. Visitors who choose to travel by public transport can take advantage of the Green Travel discount on tickets (proof of travel by public transport or bicycle required).
