The Chelsea Physic Garden, London is hosting a fascinating two hour tour on 'trees and death in various cultures and religions', with arboriculturist Greg Packman, as part of the Garden’s 350th anniversary year.
Attendees will explore the autumnal Living Collection of the Garden, including native/non-native trees. Greg will also share info about 'historical and spiritual links between nature, life, and the afterlife'. A Q&A will then follow.
Greg Packman is a multi-award winning arboriculturist working in London, specialising in tree management in urban parks. Greg has worked in locations such as Hyde Park, St James’s Park, City of London, Epping Forest, Inner Temple Gardens and Brompton Cemetery amongst other locations.
