The RHS has released increasingly positive statistics about its audience in 2020:
• Over 25 million users visited the RHS website, with 17 million recorded within the first 100 days of lockdown
• There was a 200% increase in visits to the RHS Grow Your Own pages as the public turned to them for gardening inspiration and advice
• 2 million people from 134 countries were brought together online through Virtual Chelsea, with almost a third of this audience under the age of 35
• The RHS Instagram account, home of their youngest audience, grew by 26% to 125k between April and June
• Between June and October the RHS saw a 533% increase in the number of 18-24 year olds visiting the RHS website
